We’re winding down California Wine Month. With so many world-class wines produced in the state, which one(s) is(are) your favorite(s)?
Could be a general grape, specific winery, or if you’re hyper-particular, vintage and vineyard site…just tell us what you love in CA!

OK, let’s get this party started! Maybe I have been lucky but I have never met a wine from Monterey County that I didn’t love – or at least like. Red, white, or Rose they have always been quaffable on the lower end and excellent on the higher end.
I agree with Diana as I absolutely adore Monterey County as well, but I will always have my heart in Sonoma. There is a certain je ne sais quoi to the region across all varietals that strikes my fancy. The coastal Pinot, Dry Creek Zin and Sauv Blanc, Sonoma Cabs and Chards, you name it!
