Savory Baked Brie Appetizer With Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe – the easiest, festive, flavorful and delicious appetizer, perfect for the holidays. Topped with bacon, toasted pine nuts and basil.

Ingredients
- 13.4 oz round of brie cheese
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- 2/3 cups sun dried tomatoes, chopped About 8 tomatoes. I used sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 2 tbsp bacon bits (optional – but recommended)
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- crackers for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove brie from the packaging and place on the baking sheet. Spread the pesto sauce on top. Add the sun dried tomatoes.

Bake for 13-15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Top with pine nuts, bacon (optional) and basil. Serve.
