Chris Lafleur, Sommelier’s Creed
Chris LaFleur is a Sommelier with more than ten years of buying and selling fine wine in Toronto. A certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers Americas and the International Sommelier Guild, he prides himself on being able to break down the tasting process for clients. Chris believes that in his tastings you’ll not only learn how and why to pair wine, where a particular wine fits in your collection, and how to find more wines you’ll love.
Zach Long, Winemaker
Zach Long, Chief Operating Officer at Vintage Wine Estates, has over 20 years experience in winemaking, with degrees in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California Davis (UC Davis) and a certification in Viticulture from the University of Purpan in Toulouse, France. He has worked vintages all over the winemaking world and focuses on terroir-driven quality, and sustainability in vineyards and wineries.
Nicole Muscari, Grape Chic
Nicole is a wine industry professional with lots of titles to her name: WSET III certified with distinction, French Wine Scholar, contributor to the Vintner Project and Honest Cooking Magazine, and at CH Wine she’s Your Pocket Wine Advisor. Nicole started off her career as a professional dancer and made her way into fashion, but found herself missing something in her new role. That all changed with a fated trip to Napa Valley in 2014 where Nicole found her passion for wine and never looked back, immediately immersing herself in the industry. Nicole loves to connect with her audience sharing her passion for wine through education, content creation, her blog Grape Chic, and on social media.
Wanda Mann, Wine with Wanda
Wanda got her love of flavor from her Chef father and after a stint in event planning shifted her focus to wine. As a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) Wanda is an experienced content creator and wine writer as the East coast editor for both the SOMM Journal and The Tasting Panel Magazine. Wanda brings her love of storytelling to wine writing and wine education seminars hoping she can demystify wine, taking out the fear-factor often associated with it. Wanda believes that wine is meant to be shared, connects us, and bring us joy.
Joe Roberts, 1winedude.com
Joe Roberts is a wine competition judge, author, critic, and the founder of the award-winning website 1WineDude.com. After getting his career started in the corporate world, his preference for wine took him down a rabbit hole that didn’t seem to have a bottom. The farther Joe got into wine, the more he found there was to discover: geography, history, and agriculture, leading him to attain certifications from the Society of Wine Educators and the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (and leaving the corporate life behind for good). Joe’s latest book is “Wine Taster’s Guide: Drink and Learn With 30 Wine Tastings.”
