Apple Pie Baked Brie

This Apple Pie Baked Brie is an impressive addition to your appetizer lineup, comes together in minutes, and is out of this world delicious.  How can you go wrong with puff pastry, brie, and apple pie filling?  You can’t.  Plus it’s ready in 30 minutes.  That is a party win for sure.

Apple Pie Baked Brie


  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
  • 1 wheel of brie (6 – 8 ounce)
  • 1 cup of apple pie filling 
  • egg wash (1 egg whisked with 2 Tbsp water)
  • 2 tsp sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • roll pastry into a circle (doesn’t have to be perfect)
  • place brie in the center, and top with the apple pie filing
  • fold pastry over the brie overlapping to fully enclose the cheese and topping
  • brush pastry with egg wash and press to seal the seams
  • sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar
  • bake for 25 minutes, and serve hot
